A: No. I am not a moderator and have no connection to TruckersMP staff. This site is a private utility for managing my personal evidence.

Q: Can I request the removal of a clip?
A: No. Evidence remains online until it is either processed by the automated retention system or manually removed if a report is declined. Requests to remove evidence of poor driving will not be honored.

Q: How do I appeal a game ban?
A: You must use the official TruckersMP website. I am not TruckersMP, and I have no jurisdiction over ban appeals.

Access & Security

Q: Can I search for reports?
A: Yes, but only with a valid report ID. The search feature is not restricted, but it is monitored; if you attempt to scrape or brute-force IDs, you will trigger an automated temporary IP ban. Persistent or malicious attempts will result in a permanent restriction.

Q: How do I submit evidence?
A: You don't. This is a private archive for my personal use. I am not a public hosting service; if you need to host evidence, use your own preferred platform.

Data Retention

Q: How long is evidence kept?
A: Standard evidence is automatically purged 120 days after I submit it. This includes a 30-day buffer to ensure full compliance. If the evidence involves hacking or a serious infraction requiring permanent retention, it will be kept indefinitely or until I retire this project.

Privacy

Q: What happens if I appear in a clip by accident?
A: Incidental appearances (such as passing traffic or unrelated users) are processed as part of the primary evidence. They are not the focus of this archive and carry no personal consequence.

Q: Do you track my activity?
A: Connections are logged for system security purposes (IP address and request headers). These logs are utilized solely for threat mitigation and are purged on a 7-day rolling cycle.
